1 - SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT AND THE PARTIES
1.1. This contract hereby determines rights, law and responsibilities of the parties due process of Law On The Protection Of Consumers numbered 6502 and Regulations on Distance Contracts Practice Principle and Procedures relating to sales of products and services carried out by buyer, the information of whom placed below, Salsalin run by seller.
1.2. Buyer, accepts and declares in accordance with this contract that he/she has had all pre-information relating to basic features, sale price, payment type, delivery conditions of goods or services for sale and that he/she has had information relating to the right of “withdrawal” and that he/she has confirmed these information online and that he/she has ordered goods or services. Pre-informing on payment page of Salsalin.com site are hereby inseparable of this contract.

2 - DATE OF THE CONTRACT
2.1. This contract hereby, agreement has been carried out by contractors on the date of when buyer has completed his/her order on salsalin.com and one copy of the contract has been sent to the e-mail address of buye.
3 - CONTRACT PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
3.1. The details, cash sale prices including taxes and number of products and services being ordered by buyer shall be specified before payment. All of the products are specified on the table before payment shall be described as product hereupon.

4 - DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCTS

4.1. The product shall be delivered to the address which buyer has specified on the website or to the person or establishment he/she has indicated within the address, together with the receipt, as packed and in good condition and maximum in 10 days. This duration shall be prolonged due to the force majeure.

4.2. If the product is to be delivered to another person or establishment, seller shall not be responsible in case the delivery person or establishment does not accept the delivery.

4.3. Buyer, at delivery moment, shall be responsible to check the product and return the product and make the delivery person write the minute in case he/she realizes a problem because of delivery. Otherwise, seller shall not be responsible.

5 - GENERAL PROVISIONS

5.1. Buyer accepts that he/she has read and learnt pre-information relating to products’ basic features, sale price and payment type and that he/she has provided confirmation necessary for online sale.

5.2. Buyer, upon confirming this contract online, before conclusion of distant contracts, he/she shall have confirmed that he/she has accurately and completely learned address to be notified by seller to buyer, basic features of products having been ordered, products’ prices including taxes, payment and delivery notifications.

5.3. Seller shall be responsible for the product mentioned in the contract to be delivered as being steady and complete and in comply with the qualities specified in the contract.

5.4. Seller shall be able to supply a different product in equal quality and price before the fulfilment responsibility duration arising from the contract ends.

5.5. Seller, if it is not able to carry out contract responsibilities in case the product or service become impossible to be provided, it shall notify this condition to consumer before the fulfilment responsibility duration arising from the contract ends and shall be able to supply a different product in equal quality and price for buyer.

5.6.For the delivery of the product mentioned in the contract, signed copy of this contract shall be delivered to seller and the price shall be paid according to the payment type buyer has chosen. If the price of product is not paid because of any reason or cancelled in bank registries, seller shall be counted as free of responsibility for the delivery of the product.

5.7. Following the delivery of the Product, in case Bank or financing institution, to which credit cart belongs, does not pay the product’s price to the seller because of any reason, seller reserves all contractual legal rights including pursuance.

5.8. In case the product’s delivery shall not be delivered in 10 days and longer because of extra ordinary conditions except normal sale conditions (adverse weather conditions, earthquake, flood, fire, etc.) seller shall notify buyer about the delivery. Under this condition, buyer shall be able to cancel the order or order a different product or wait until the extra ordinary condition finishes. In cancellations of the order, if price of the product has been paid, it shall be paid to the buyer within 10 days. In credit card payments, the repayment is made to buyer’s credit card.

6 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
6.1. There are no right of withdrawal for the products which have been ordered.
7 – EVIDENCE CONTRACT AND AUTHORIZED COURT
7.1. In solving any kind of disagreement to be caused by this contract and/or its application, seller registrations (including registrations in magnetic medium such as computer voice records) shall be considered as final evidence; Arbitral Committee shall be authorized for the value declared by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce and for the exceeding values, Consumer Courts and Enforcement Offices in the settlement of buyer and seller shall be authorized.

7.2. Buyer declares, accepts and confirms that he/she has read all terms and explanations written in this contract and order form composing inseparable part of it, gained, viewed and wholly accepted sale conditions and all other pre-information.

8- RETURNED PRODUCT

8.1. If you want to return the product, you can send an email to info@salsalin.com, we will get in touch 1-3 days.
8.2. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
8.3. Returning product's package has not been damaged and the product has not been used. If you want to return the product after you have received it, the product price will be return to you but the shipping fee will not be refunded.
8.4. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
