You may return any product purchased from Salsalin.com within 30 days of receiving your order. According to online shopping regulations, the legal return period for online purchases is 30 days.

The 30-day period starts from the date you place your order.

If you wish to return a product, you can submit a return request form through our website. Once we receive your return request, we will send you an email with detailed instructions on how to proceed and where to ship the item. After the product reaches us, it will be inspected to confirm that no alterations or damage have occurred. Once the inspection is completed, your refund will be transferred to the account you provide.

When sending your return, please make sure to include everything that was originally delivered with the product, such as the box, certificate, invoice, and any gifts or additional items.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for products that have been altered, tampered with, modified by third parties, damaged, broken, or exposed to impact. In addition, custom-made or personalized items produced specifically for you are not eligible for return.
